**BOATING…Entitles a Member to participate in all club activities and to utilize the following facilities: lounge, dining room, tennis courts, swimming pool, bathhouse, picnic area, fitness center with lap pool, miscellaneous outdoor games, playground and pavilion, as well as the exclusive right to reserve dock space and receive special dockage rates. Availability is first come, first serve.
STANDBY BOATING…Entitles a Member to all privileges of a Boating Member except dockage reservations can only be made 10 days prior to arrival with a 2-night (Friday & Saturday) minimum, and a 3-night minimum on holiday weekends. Availability is first come, first serve.
RECREATIONAL & SOCIAL…Entitles a member to participate in all Club activities and to utilize the following facilities: lounge, dining room, tennis courts, swimming pool, bathhouse, fitness center with lap pool, picnic area, miscellaneous outdoor games, playground, pavilion and dockage during the week. R&S Members are not entitled to make weekend or holiday dock reservations. Availability is first come, first serve.
MIDWEEK…Entitles a Member to utilize all of the Club facilities through the week from 5 p.m. Sunday until Friday noon except on holidays that fall next to a weekend. Availability is first come, first serve.
SOCIAL…Entitles a Member to use the lounge and dining room and to participate in all Club activities. Docking and recreation privileges are not included in a social Membership.
**The Boating membership is available only to those who have purchased two (2) units in Crew’s Nest Properties, Ltd. (A minimum investment of $1,000.00).
There is a waiting list for boating and standby boating memberships. You must be an R&S member to have your name put on the waiting list. Please check the waiting list on your application if you are interested in upgrading to SB or B memberships. You must move through the ranks to upgrade your status.
STATUS. Hourly and overnight dockage rates vary according to member status. |
